Just remember everything you eat either helps you or harms you.
Most digestive issues seem to happen in the Large intestine, so I think if you ate food that digested food mainly in the stomach and small intestine then you would be less likley to suffer from digestive diseases like IBS.
Whilst I am a member of the brotherhood of the bald, I do have hair and whilst I cannot claim any has grown back I can definitely state that the hair I do have grows quicker.
