Carnivore Living: Saara’s Transformational Journey

Written by:

Hey, Carni-fam! 🥩 Ever read a story that just makes you want to jump up and shout, “Yes, that’s what I’m talking about!”? Well, buckle up, because Saara’s carnivore diet success story is that kind of ride. This Finnish-German powerhouse has not only conquered her plate but also her life. And let me tell you, her story is not just another “I lost 10 pounds” yawn-fest. Nope, it’s a full-blown, life-altering, “I-can’t-believe-this-is-real” kind of tale. Why is it noteworthy? Because Saara didn’t just change her diet; she transformed her entire existence. And she did it all while munching on some delicious raw meat and eggs! So, are you ready to dive into this meaty saga? Let’s go!

Saara’s Carnivore Chronicles: From High-Carb to High-Life

Before Saara became the carnivore queen we all adore, she was just a regular gal raised on a low-fat, high-carb diet. Yeah, you heard that right—low fat! Her mom cooked everything from scratch, and they even dabbled in keto a decade ago. But Saara was still munching on veggies and carbs because, let’s be honest, they’re like the fast food of the health world—easy and convenient. But then, the universe had other plans. Saara stumbled upon some ex-vegan videos on YouTube, and it was like a light bulb went off. She thought, “This is how humans are supposed to eat!” And just like that, she took the plunge into the carnivore lifestyle.

The Mental Clarity Revolution: How Carnivore Crushed Saara’s Depression

Okay, folks, let’s get into the nitty-gritty! One of the most jaw-dropping benefits Saara experienced was a complete reversal of her depression. I mean, can you even? She was already on the path to recovery, thanks to therapy and ditching medication, but the carnivore diet was like the cherry on top of her mental health sundae. Why did this happen? It’s simple: the carnivore diet is all about nutrient-dense foods that fuel not just the body but also the mind. When you’re eating high-quality, pasture-raised meat and animal products, you’re giving your brain the essential nutrients it craves. No more brain fog, no more mood swings—just pure, unadulterated mental clarity. It’s like Saara unlocked a new level in the game of life!

The Energy Surge: Unleashing Saara’s Inner Dynamo

Hold onto your ribeyes, because here comes the second whammy! Saara didn’t just kick depression to the curb; she also became an energy powerhouse. I’m talking about the kind of energy that makes you want to dance around the house like no one’s watching. And guess what? That’s exactly what she does! So, what’s the secret sauce? It’s all in the quality of the food, my friends. Saara opts for pasture-raised, raw animal products, and let me tell you, it’s like putting premium gas in a sports car. Your body just runs better! She even mentioned that her muscle recovery after workouts is faster and less painful. So, if you’re still on the fence about going full carnivore, just think about the boundless energy waiting for you on the other side. It’s like unlocking your own personal cheat code for life!

The New Saara: A Life Transformed

Alright, let’s wrap this up like a juicy steak in a lettuce wrap! Saara’s life has done a complete 180 since she embraced the carnivore lifestyle. She’s not just surviving; she’s thriving! From mental clarity to boundless energy, she’s living proof of what’s possible when you align your diet with your biology. And the best part? She’s just one of many. Imagine what the carnivore diet could do for you or someone you know who’s struggling with similar issues. It’s not just a diet; it’s a lifestyle, a philosophy, a revolution! So, what are you waiting for? Take the leap and join the carnivore tribe. Your future self will thank you!

Disclaimer: A Look Back with Fresh Eyes

Before we sign off, let’s get real for a sec. This success story is a review of an older post, and while Saara’s transformation is nothing short of miraculous, we don’t know if she’s still on the carnivore diet or has maintained these benefits. And hey, I’m not a doctor, so always consult with a healthcare professional before making any drastic changes to your diet. But let’s be honest, if Saara’s story doesn’t convince you to at least give it a try, I don’t know what will!

Interview with Saara

1) Introduce Yourself.

I am Saara, Finish-German Carnivore girl.

2) How did you eat before Carnivore.

I was raised low fat, high carb. Not vegetarian, but with lots of vegetables and my mother cooked pretty much everything from scratch. 10 years ago she discovered the high fat – low carb, keto. I started to incorporate more eggs, cream, butter but was still eating vegetables and carbs, they are just easy and convenient especially for a student not living at home anymore.

3) Why did you try Carnivore to begin with.

I stumbled upon sv3riges ex-vegan videos on YouTube and watched them all. As Keto was already familiar to me it just made sense. This is how humankind evolved and this truly is the natural diet we are designed to eat. I was curious.

4) How do you personally approach the Carnivore Diet.

Pretty simple raw eggs, raw meat mostly grounded beef, raw liver. Butter, cream, cheese sometimes I make kefir. If I crave warm food, then I just cook it, if I crave something I have it, but just as little as possible, usually, I don’t have cravings. The quality of the food is important for me means pasture raised and raw if possible, as less processed food as possible.

I prefer to eat raw and small meals throughout the day as many as I like, usually 3-4. I feel more energetic and my mind is clearer.

5) What benefits have you seen since starting the Carnivore Diet.

I feel like I got a new life. I felt right away grounded and connected with my body. The energy I have now is AMAZING. The transition phase was a bit annoying and irritating.

I never considered myself as sick, digestion was good and I just had “normal” itches and aches, but now I can clearly see how damaged I really am.

The biggest benefit for me is definitely a reversal of depression, basically, I recovered already last year due to therapies and quitting medication, but I still felt a lot of anxiety, insecurity, fatigue, overthinking, procrastination, weirdness. Life seemed so easy for everyone else and I never reached that feeling before I went carnivore. Now I am shining in my true colors.

6) What negatives have you found with the Carnivore Diet.

Socializing is definitely difficult if food is involved.

Quick meal options aren’t really available, mostly I buy cold cuts and eat it with creme fraiche. Or I prepare something like grounded beef with butter.

7) Do you exercise on the Carnivore Diet, if so how do you find it and what do you do.

To release excess energy I dance aka jump around the house, which happens randomly throughout the day. Sometimes I do bodyweight and resistance band workouts. Recently I started to hit the gym again, I try to go there 2-3 times a week for one hour max and just do whatever feels good, I like to do one song exercises and warry weights. Sore muscle recovery is definitely much faster and less painful nowadays.

8) What piece of advice would you give someone who is interested in trying this diet, but hasn’t taken the leap yet.

Be open to new insights.

Research on eating raw meat, if you want to eat raw meat or anything raw, it’s your own responsibility, but definitely, nothing to be scared of, if you know how to do it. Eating plants is definitely not necessary, just try what feels good for you!

9) Do you think Carnivore will ever be accepted as a mainstream diet.

Probably not, there is too much money involved in industries which profits from mediocre healthy people and sick of course, too. Just imagine if everyone would eat carnivore, how different our lives would be, imagine all the labour involved in farming, packing, shipping, processing. We would certainly all be healthier and mentally stable, means fewer doctors and less pharma industry. And the list goes on and on… what about restaurants?

10) Anything you would like to add, and where can people follow your journey.
