What’s up and welcome to my video. The high-fat, high-sugar content of fast food may not be good for a carnivore diet. Fast food is notorious for being high in carbohydrates and sugar since it is frequently served on buns or wraps or doused in sugary and fatty condiments. Furthermore, most fast food is prepared using vegetable seed oils, which are forbidden on a carnivore diet due to their high toxicity, caloric density, and health problems. The risks of eating highly processed foods are compounded by the fact that they generally contain artificial flavors and preservatives. However, there may be instances when a fast food fix is in order, or when you just need to eat lunch on the run. The ability to confidently order low-carb, meat-based items from popular fast food chains is a lifesaver in instances like these. You can get a McDonald’s meal that is suited for carnivores by ordering plain patties with cheese slices and skipping the bun and any other toppings. When placing an online order, you can choose to have your food delivered without bread and with or without sauce. Soda can be consumed on the carnivorous diet, however only Americanos and premium roasts are allowed in the coffee category. You can have your Five Guys burger without the bun by asking for it to be served on a bed of lettuce, you can consume the grilled meat without ever touching the bread. Wash it down with a water. A “Protein Style” order at In-N-Out consists only of your usual burger, wrapped in lettuce in place of a bun. Available on the not-so-secret menu. It’s possible to add cheese slices to your order of plain patties if you’d like. There are low-carb salads and basic beef burgers with cheese slices available at Wendy’s. Tea, Americano, and espresso are just some of the beverages available to you. Subway offers salad bowls, but the heavy dressing makes them inappropriate for meat eaters. So skip those, and the actual salad haha. Just keep asking for more and more portions of the meat. In conclusion, if you know what to order, you can eat at fast food places even when on a strict carnivore diet. Avoid the bread and the sugary condiments and go for some simple burgers with pr without cheese. Remember that you must limit your beverages to just water and coffee.
