Introduce Yourself.

Hi I’m Christine Storbo. I have been carnivore for 1 year. 

How did you eat before Carnivore.

I was gluten free and keto for a few years before. I just wasn’t achieving the level of results I wanted. Somehow I stumbled upon The Carnivore Diet. I was influenced by Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Paul Saladino and Chris Bell. I have now become a personal friend of Chris Bell’s and work out on weekends at his brother’s gym in West Sacramento.

What benefits have you seen since starting the Carnivore Diet.

I decided to try Carnivore Diet and was able to stick with it more than anything else I have ever done. After about a month, I began to see amazing results! I saw less digestive issues, better sleep, better mood, better sexual stamina, weight management and the best thing for me is the pain relief! I don’t have the inflammation when I eat this way! I also have almost cured my migraines when I am strict.

I believe this diet is amazing if you have autoimmune diseases, pain and inflammation, neurological disorders, a lot of weight to lose, or if someone just wants to get healthy and thinks this is something they can stick with! For me it has been the most amazing experience and I get asked about it a lot!

I actually had high cholesterol for years and until I went on carnivore doing opposite of what doctors told me, I finally have lowered by cholesterol back into range eating mostly red meat!

If someone is interested in trying to go Carnivore, I recommend starting more strict to red meat and adding in some eggs and dairy if can handle such as heavy cream and cheese. The stricter the better though! I prefer a good steak or just burgers!


Do you exercise on the Carnivore Diet, if so how do you find it and what do you do.

As far as workouts, I do love to get a couple runs in a week, anywhere from 3-5 miles. I also do walks or hikes. The big thing now in the carnivore world is 10 minute walks. It is good to get moving and often!

I also lift and mostly do squats. It is a great way to strengthen back, lower body and core area. From there add in some other back and arm routines. I have better energy for workouts on this diet and definitely more motivation!

Anything you would like to add, and where can people follow you.

This diet isn’t for everyone, but I think a lot of people can benefit from it! It is worth trying and giving a month to see the full results before deciding if it’s not for you.

The carnivore diet is definitely a lifestyle and the community support is amazing!
