I have been on a modified Ketogenic Diet since 2016. I have lost around 40 pounds in this time, the majority of it in the first 3 months. I was never seriously overweight, but as I was getting older my weight was creeping up to an unwanted level. The Ketogenic Diet has been a powerful weight management tool for me.
I am a firm believer that the Ketogenic Diet is a sustainable way of eating, which will have long term health benefits.
I am currently experimenting with a modified Keto Diet aka a Carnivore Diet / Zero Carb Diet, which will still keep me fat burning but is less carbs and more protein than Keto.
