I think humans are designed for great feats of strength, speed and endurance. Therefore I am no longer just going to specialize in long distance running. I want to be at a level of fitness where on a whim I could enter a Track & Field event, 5k, 10, half or full marathon without a training period to build up to it.

I am at a masters age now, so I would like to post good age group times in all running events and in Concept2 Rowing record groups. To do this fat adapted would help show that carbs are not essential for sports.
