As per my post on the 2nd October 2016 called ” Ketogenic Diet marathon Training Week 24 & 25″, I am ending my Training Log below. This is because I am starting to train Barefoot, so have had to reduce my mileage. So the below mileages and times are not relevant to what I am currently doing. For example in week 21, I could do 3 miles in 12:17 minute miles. Due to my new barefoot running shoes, in week 25 I could only run the same route in 14:34 minute miles and I can run less often to start with. So it looks like I have gone backwards in my training.
