Carnivore Diet / Zero Carb Diet Support

  • As the Carnivore Diet is pretty basic, as you just eat animal and fish products. So there will be no meal plan. I will just tell you what types of things to eat and what to avoid. Then I will provide unlimited email support to you over the 4 weeks.
  • This is currently the diet path I am following.

Transition Diet Meal Plan and Support

  • Meal plan for 4 weeks tailored to your goals and the types of food you like.

  • Some people like to jump head first into a diet, which is my tactic haha. However some people prefer to slowly transition into a new way of eating. For example I see the stages as Standard Western Diet > LCHF Diet > Ketogenic Diet > Carnivore / Zero Carb Diet. So for example I can take you from a highly processed Standard Western Diet to a real food LCHF diet over a 4 week period. Then if you wanted to progress from there to a Ketogenic Diet, another 4 week Plan would be required.

  • This diet whilst lower carb compared to normal diets, it is higher carb than Keto. Think Primal, Paleo, PHD & the Pioppi Diets.

  • Amendments possible after 4 and 8 weeks to fine tune your training.

  • I have trained myself from a novice runner, to doing races at 5k, 10k, Half Marathon’s and Marathon’s. I did this fat adapted, see diets above. So I can help you achieve any of the distances you are targeting.
  • I believe Running should be done in a healthy manner that improves your life and long term health. Therefore I believe training should be based around consistency and remaining injury free. So my plans reflect this. For example it might take you a year to safely be able to run a marathon, so multiple 12 week plans would be needed. Slow and Steady = Race Ready
  • However if you just want to run for fun, and to improve your fitness and weight loss with no races needed. I can help you out there too.
