I think 99.9% of people who have done carnivore for more than 3 months, will report a much improved body composition than when they started.
Weston A. Price is a great resource for tooth health if people want to check the books out. Where he showed people on traditional diets had great tooth health, as soon as they went onto a standard western diet… bad things would start to happen.
What if changing your diet would reduce the “pooling” of this inflammation in weak areas, meaning at least you could find relief and at best you would begin to heal.
Just remember everything you eat either helps you or harms you.
Most digestive issues seem to happen in the Large intestine, so I think if you ate food that digested food mainly in the stomach and small intestine then you would be less likley to suffer from digestive diseases like IBS.
