At this time last year, I had just started believing that it was possible for me to be competitive at long distance running. A high carbohydrate diet had destroyed my health, but meat and fat were slowly helping my body heal and repair. I ran my first ultra marathon race this past year on November 7th 2020. I covered 44.63 miles in 6 hours and I won the race.
