What my training looks like this week.

1/Compound interest running challenge = I am going from running 1 mile a week, to 100 miles a week in 1 year. Using the 10% rule, where I increase the mileage by 10% each week. Currently week 19.

2/ X3 Bar strength training = 6 days a week, with alternating push and pull days. Takes 10-15 minutes a day. Uses resistance bands, a bar, and a platform. Excellent set up.

3/ I have restarted the Carnivore Diet, I did it for years and had great success but I fell off the wagon. I am back on the fat adapted train again though. Looking forward to the journey.
