Run Completed: 11.45 mi ~ 2:09:41 (11:19 min/mi)

I was hoping to do a 16 or 17 miler. However after the first few miles, I knew I would not be able to do that. So I cut down my route. This was a sensible thing to do as I was really struggling. This was the last day of a 7 day experiment on a Very Low Calorie Ketogenic Diet, and it was obvious that the diet had taken a toll on me physically and probably mentally.

Run Completed: 6 mi ~ 1:00:39 (10:06 min/mi)

Just a normal 6 miler here, felt ok by not great. I was maybe still recovering from my diet experiment last week. I also felt a little sore in the Calf/Achilles area, although nothing serious.

Run Completed: 10.01 mi ~ 1:40:01 (9:59 min/mi)

Again I was hoping to do a 16 or 17 miler here. However life got in the way, and I could not set off immediately after work. So I decided to just do a 10 miler. I felt pretty decent although I tired significantly in the last mile. However I often do on this route, as the last 3 miles is a constant pull uphill.

I need to up my game a bit now, I have a lot of social events between now and the marathon. So I need to make my runs count, and not keep cutting my mileage down.
