Start Weight – 13st1
Current Weight – 12st7
Daily Weight Loss/Gain – 0 pound lost
Total Weight Loss/Gain – 8 pound lost
Ahh and relax my 7 day experiment is over, and I have lost 8 pounds. This would be good, however as I have been on a shake diet I would guess I will put a lot of it on over the next week.
So next Friday I will weigh myself again to see what my net loss/gain is over the 2 weeks. On a sensible diet you could achieve a 4 pound loss in 2 weeks. So if I lose more than 4 pounds, that’s a success. Less than 4 pounds, I would deem the experiment a failure.
So I will check back in next week.
