Start Weight – 13st1
Current Weight – 12st8
Daily Weight Loss/Gain – zero pound lost
Total Weight Loss/Gain – 7 pound lost
- 800 calories from 3 meal shakes, 2 snack shakes and 1 paste from Islaverde.
- 4 coffees ( 2 decaf) with whole milk.
- 1.5l of water.
Comments – So I weighed myself this morning and I stayed the same weight, which is a little disappointing. This may mean I might only lose 8-10 pounds in the 7 days. Now this seems a lot, however I will be weighing myself for the week after the plan finishes. To see how my weight responds once I start eating solid food again. I am guessing I might put at least 3/4 of it back on. With this in mind if over the course of the 2 weeks I have lost 4 pounds or less overall, I will consider the experiment a failure. The reason for this is I could have probably lost 4 pounds over 2 weeks by eating real food, with a little calorie restriction.
