Daily Weight Loss/Gain – 2 pound lost
Total Weight Loss/Gain – 7 pound lost
- 500 calories from 3 meal shakes and 2 snack shakes from Islaverde.
- 4 coffees ( 2 decaf) with whole milk, 1 Diet Coke.
- 1.5l of water.
Comments – I am really surprised by how little hunger I am feeling, yes there are spells in the day where I want to eat but I am not waking up or going to bed starving. I am lacking a bit of energy, but nothing major. However tomorrows 6 mile run may be interesting.
