Cardio wise I had a great week, got 3 good runs in which I really enjoyed totalling 21 miles. I feel like I am progressing well with my barefoot running. The weather is warming up too nicely, which is a bonus. I am also really happy with the amount of walking I got in this week, totalling 22 miles. I did all my walking in barefoot shoes too, which should help my running.

Strength and Flexibility wise I had an absolute stinker. I haven’t done any calisthenics or yoga for weeks. So I need to refocus on these and make sure I make time to do these again. To be fair what I was doing was only taking 20 minutes a day, so it shouldn’t be too hard to fit in.
