Whilst I wasn’t ‘inactive’ in December, I didn’t get much done either. A nagging calf strain, Christmas and New Year saw to that. I am healthy again now though, and have had a good weeks training.

I have entered the Coastal Trail Series Bamburgh 10k, on the 25th February. So I am training towards that race at the minute. I am really looking forward to it, it looks a beautiful route. http://www.endurancelife.com/event-new.asp?series=87&location=309

With this race in mind…. Happy new shoes to me, happy new shoes to new, happy new shoes Mr Roberts, happy new shoes to meeeee!!! I have gone for the magnificent looking Vibram Fivefingers Spyridon, they are so comfy. I can’t wait to test them out more, and I will review later on.
